Familiar with the legal field for the last 20 years having started as a Law Clerk for her first 5 years and thereafter as a Legal Secretary. Cherise displays comprehensive knowledge with an efficiency which enhances the professionalism of the firm.

 

Never one to rest on her laurels she has now acquired knowledge of Estates and has trained herself in the preparation of Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration and also the preparation and filing of all Companies forms.

She is a holder of a Certificate and Diploma in Paralegal Studies and has recently acquired a Certificate in Court Transcription from COSTATT which qualifies her to transcribe the digital audio files produced at High Court hearings.

 

She continues to expand her knowledge in the legal field and her next ambition is to be appointed as a Commissioner of Affidavits where her knowledge of drafting affidavits and Statutory Declarations would enhance her role in administering oaths.

Her enthusiasm and extensive practical experience add great value to the firm to the benefit of all Clients. Her energies are always directed towards excellence for our Firm.
